At Brick House Media, we are committed to delivering high-quality website services and client satisfaction. Due to the nature of our work, including time-based services and creative deliverables, we offer limited refunds as outlined below.

1. General Policy

All payments made to Brick House Media are considered final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

2. Deposits and Retainers

All deposits or upfront retainers are non-refundable. These payments secure your project in our schedule and cover initial administrative and planning work.

3. Project-Based Services

If a refund request is made before work has begun on a project, and no deliverables have been produced, a partial refund (excluding any non-refundable deposit) may be issued at our discretion.

Once work has begun or milestones have been delivered, refunds will not be granted for time and resources already invested.

4. Monthly/Retainer Services

For monthly or ongoing services (e.g. website hosting, SEO optimization), cancellation must be requested in writing at least 14 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.

Refunds will not be provided for unused portions of a billing period once work has commenced for that term.

5. Custom Deliverables

Because of the unique nature of creative and strategic work (e.g. branding, ad campaigns, websites), we do not offer refunds on completed or partially completed deliverables.

6. Client Satisfaction

If you are unsatisfied with our service, we encourage you to contact us to resolve the issue. We are committed to client satisfaction and will work with you to address any concerns where reasonable.

7. Disputes

If a dispute arises regarding a charge, please contact us at kdmrt2005@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction. We will review your case and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
